French Toast

Today, I made a super quick on the fly breakfast.

– sliced bread (any type is fine)
– beaten eggs
– grated Parmesan cheese
– black pepper

1. Beat eggs in a bowl.
2. Coat the bread with egg generously.

3. Pan fry. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and a couple of cracks of black pepper.

5. Tada. Food on the table.

6. For the kids, I used some cookie cutter to cut out the shape before cooking them (told ya I’m obsessed with this cute little things). Penguins and elephants. Ha!
P/s: These cutters are produced by “Munchkins” and got them from Mothercare (Singapore). But I found these Munchkin cutters being sold on Amazon too.
