It’s really simple to make and uses 3 everyday ingredients that you can find in your kitchen. Keep it refrigerated if you intend to save it for other days.
-1 packet of bird’s eye chillies
-5 cloves garlic
-light soy sauce
Chop bird’s eye chillies and cloves finely. You can pop in straight into the jar if you want to.
Add in the light soy sauce. If you want it less hot, you may add sugar (I don’t). Mix everything and there you go. Enjoy!
Complements well with my spinach and wolfberries soup. 🙂
